I have just finished the Foundations Course, my first class in graduate school. I am very thankful to Dr. Baldwin for preparing us for what lay ahead in post-grad course work. We had a long weekend this week, which I spent much of working on my final paper; I felt it turned out well.
I am learning more and more, however, that time management as always is a challenge. There are so many extracurricular activities going on at school that I am finding it difficult to balance my social and academic lives. I know I will get better at this as time goes on and I become more used to the class structure.
This week is the Costa Rican Independence day on September 15, and I am looking forward to the celebrations in Ciudad Colόn as well as the holiday weekend. Three week courses are exhausting and I think we all need a break before we start fresh in our new courses.
So, taking pictures has turned out to be harder than I thought because unfortunately, my camera is broken but hopefully I can get a new one soon.
Yeahhh...done with your first class! I'm proud of you! Sorry to hear your camera is broken (I promise I didn't do it...I made sure to keep it safe in FL!). I hope you get good pictures soon. Enjoy your weekend!
